電特性會主動尋找電阻最小的路徑來傳導電流,最佳之狀況,
電流會由針軸傳導至外管的管壁,再傳至PCB,此時電阻值最小, 
Electrical current flow begins from plunger.The current then has chances to go through spring or
barrel.The barrel has much lower contact resistance than the spring,Which has basic resistance of 100 
milliohms or more. Therefore,the current will follow the direct way from plunger to barrel,if both parts are fully contact.

为了保证针轴在工作时100%与针管接触,我们把针轴与弹簧接触的一端切成斜面,
这样的设计理念可以保证稳定的底阻抗。 
产品优点: 电阻阻值小且稳定,可以确保针轴与管壁紧密接触降低瞬间断电之机率

In order to make the plunger be able to 100% contact with the edge of barrel,we slice the end of plunger like abias style, Under this design, it can bring low intercon-nection resistance.
The resistance is small and stable, which assures the close touch between plunger and the wall to lessen the probability of outage.

这个设计对小尺寸的连接器是最好的选择,在小尺寸上可以满足到客户的弹力需求,因为这种设计的弹簧长度可以超过针管的长度,在一些空间受到限制的情况下,我们把针轴内部挖空得到更多弹簧的装配空间,因此便可获得稳定的弹簧力度和相对多的压缩行程供客户选择。

This design is the best solution for ultra-small size pogo pin connector.To reach the spring force which customer wants,the length of spring is always longer than the depth of barrel. Without sufficient space for spring, we make the plunger hollow to let spring have a room to extend. Like this, it can bring force constant and a wide of stroke trabel for user’s choice.

這種設計對于同心度要求高的連接器是最好的選擇,因爲這種設計彈簧可以直接套在針軸的錐尾針上,
使針軸垂直受力,因此軸的偏撬度相對較小。
針軸底部爲錐型,錐尾置入彈簧內空中,讓針軸之晃動機會降低

The shape of the button of the plunger is cone, and the top of spring slightly combines with the button of the plunger, which lessen the proba-bility of swaying

因此针轴之摇晃度相当小
